I love how such simple recipes can be so tasty. I added the balsamic earlier on in the recipe and let it cook with the zucchini like some other reviewers suggested and it was deelicious. I was a little too generous with the red pepper but I don't think anyone minded too much Thanks!

Very good and simple recipe. I loved the flavor of the blasamic. The only thing I might do differntly is to add some onion to the mix. Loved the little bit of heat from the red pepper.

This turned out really well. I halved the recipe for lunch today and it was very quick and easy. The addition of the balsamic vinegar gives it a nice flavor. Thanks for sharing!

I added the balsamic in the pan I was sauteeing my zucchini in and let it evaporate away - made the flavour more intense, I expect. We enjoyed this very much.
