BBQ Sauce Aint' B's Original

This is my own recipe at Ain't B's bakery/Cafe'. This has tons of flavor. I was ask several times if I would bottle it.
SERVES 100
Ingredients
- 1 (7 lb) can tomato ketchup
- 3 cups dark brown sugar
- 1 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup hot sauce (optional)
- 2 cups vinegar
- 2 tablespoons liquid smoke
- 1/2 cup prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 tablespoon ground garlic
- 3 cups water
Directions

Combine all ingredients in stock pot and cook for 1 hour.2
Ladle in jars if desired.
