Trim steak and place in a large, shallow dish for marinating inches.2
Combine the lime juice and next 4 ingredients; pour over the steak and cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours, turning occasionally.3
Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade.4
Grill about 7 minutes per side until done to your taste.5
Slice steak across the grain into 1/4 inch slices.6
Serve immediately.
