This salad is GREAT any time of year, and especially when you are having a BBQ or Pot Luck! Great way to get those veggies in too!

SERVES 8 -12 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Boil spaghetti according to pkg. directions.
  2. 2
    Mix prepared veggies and spaghetti in a lg. bowl.
  3. 3
    Sprinkle on seasoning and dressing, to taste.
  4. 4
    Chill for several hours.
  5. 5
    Serve.

Lord have mercy, this salad is so good! We had with another great recipe of yours for Neely's Barbecue Chicken, and man oh man was it ever a hit here! My DH and DS each had 3 helpings of this stuff! I couldn't believe how fast it disappeared. I hardly had any left to bring to work for lunch, and there was only 4 of us eating it! Might have to make another half batch, just to be able to snack on it at work Thanks

    We had a barbecue and had along with some marinated steaks. The salad was so good my DD's SIL and I ate over half of it at one sitting! It was even better once given a chance for the flavors to mix. I did add some Feta cheese, because we love it, and it was a great addition! Thanks Linda for this new addition to our table!
