Biscuit Bowl

I made these today for hamburger stew. So So So good and easy. You can leave out the spicy C pepper for the kiddos or add more for them fire lovers.

SERVES 4 -6 , 6 bowls (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. 2
    Invert a 6-cup muffin tin and spray the underside with vegetable oil cooking spray.
  3. 3
    Stir together the biscuit mix, milk and cayenne in a medium mixing bowl.
  4. 4
    Shape into a ball.
  5. 5
    Turn out onto floured surface and knead 2 to 4 times.
  6. 6
    Divide the ball into 6 pieces.
  7. 7
    Roll each piece into a 6-inch circle.
  8. 8
    Place 1 dough circle over each muffin cup.
  9. 9
    Press around the cup to form a bowl shape.
  10. 10
    Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until lightly browned.
  11. 11
    Let cool slightly. Remove the biscuit bowls and reserve.

I tried your biscuit bowl,as I love biscits, and were wonderful and so easy.I have eaten bread bowls,but not as good as these,I put srambled eggs in mine and made breakfast soooo good.Thanks for a great idea,never would have thought of this.
