I first saw this recipe on foodnetwork and tried them. These are good and very addicting. Very light and tasty. A great healthy snack!

Really quick and easy. I made this recipe with pecans. I was hoping that these would be a little crunchier, but they're wonderful and not too sweet.

Quick, delicious and versatile. I can imagine using these in a spinach salad. I used an egg timer to keep track of the 3 minutes. Perfect.

Made up 1 cup of these as a snack for us and they were so delicious I should have just gone and made the entire recipe. I would really like to try these next time with a bit of spice, too. I think they would take to chili really well.
