This is a good recipe!. Unfortunately I will only eat some when someone else has prepared it. I have had too many close calls with my children and myself with rattlesnakes. We live in rattlesnake country, used to have pigs and geese to protect the little ones from snakes, now we don't have the livestock and must watch our step. But if you have the opportunity to try some, please do. This is a great recipe! Thanks for posting!
