This was really good and loved by all adults and kids in the family. I agree that it is more like 6+ servings. Very easy to make so it is a perfect weeknight meal. I didn't use onion for my onion "haters" I used onion powder instead and forgot carrots, but it was still very yummy!

This is a very good dish and simple to make. It made well over 4 servings, I'd say more like 6-8 you can get out of this. The kids loved at lunch time today. Raider, thank you for posting this recipe as I'll be making it again. Made for PAC Fall 2007 game
