I used this spice blend in Rustler's Chili Con Carne With Beans with great results. Chili powder here in Australia is just ground red chilli's...hot hot! This is what I'll use when a recipe calls for a blend. Thanks for sharing.

This is easy to make and tasty too! I used it in a rub for a pork roast. Looking forward to using it in chili. I don't buy commercial chili powder because most of it has too much salt, so this will be a staple here! Made for Spring 2008 PAC.

I absolutely loved this chili powder!! It made my whole chili!! So easy to put together, and all with ingredients I already had in my spice cupboard. Thank you so much, I'll never buy chili powder again.
