This was good but I think it could have used a lot more flavor. Next time I may use more lemon. I used cod fish.

You can't go wrong with butter, lemon and parsley. Great easy fish recipe. I used sole fillets. Made for Zaar Tag.

I know I should eat more fish, and it is so easy too, but I just never know what to do with it. This recipe was simply but still packed a lot of flavor. I love how healthy it is too. I scaled the recipe down to one serving, a 4 oz filet of tilapia. I used just a tad of butter, about a tsp of lemon zest, and lots of parsley. Try this for a light fish meal.
