Simple, easy and good!

20 pancakes (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Beat eggs together and milk.
  2. 2
    Add salt and flour and mix well.
  3. 3
    Heat a large skillet.
  4. 4
    Melt a little butter in the skillet.
  5. 5
    Add enough batter to make 3-4 pancakes.
  6. 6
    Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.
  7. 7
    Remove from skillet.
  8. 8
    Stack in a warm place until all the pancakes are made.
  9. 9
    Serve with powdered sugar, jelly, syrup or a fried egg with fruit and yogurt.

    It also tastes lovely with a little bit of sugar and lemon.
