This is a variation of Quick Tofu Sour Cream by Neva & Jim Brackett's 7 Secrets Cookbook to lose weight, lower cholesterol, and reverse diabetes.

SERVES 10 -15 , 2 cups (change servings and units)

    Place all ingredients in blender, except the chives. Blend for at least 1 minute until silky smooth.

    Add the chives and a little water until you've achieved desired consistency.
  3. 3
    Serve (thickens more if chilled).
