Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

    • Directions

      Heat very large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
    2. 2
      Swirl in the oil, then add the garlic.
    3. 3
      Saute until softened, about 1 minute.
    4. 4
      Increase the heat, to medium-high and add the shrimp, oregano, and crushed pepper; saute, stirring constantly, until shrimp are opaque, about 2 minute.

      1 Point per 3 shrimp.
