A casserole for the nights you have to get a good meal on the table in a hurry. I love casseroles that use good ingredients and is a recipe that you can change to your own taste. You could add some other vegetables to this one. I just love the Dutch-Amish recipes.

This really hit the spot when it comes to comfort food. I'm from the midwest, so I didn't consider it bland-it had just enough flavor that the whole family fell in love with the dish. I did make some changes: First i added 16 oz of noodles, because 8 oz didn't seem like enough. Then I used Colby Jack cheese on top instead of Parmesan, as it was what I had on hand. Will definitely make again. Thanks so much for posting this!

I'm from the Midwest where bland is frequently in so I totally enjoyed this. I added some garlic and vegetables to make it a complete meal.

I made this and it was very good. I used left over turkey breast. I also added a large bag of mixed vegtables to not only add color but to make this a complete meal. I served it with a salad and corn bread and my family just loved it.
