Pineapple Meatballs

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
• 1 tablespoon minced onion
• 1 egg, slightly beaten
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon crushed gingerroot
• 1/2 cup crushed pineapple
• 1/4 teaspoon msg (optional)
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon sugar

Directions

   Combine all ingredients and mix well. Form 20 balls.

   Bake at 375 for 35 minutes or broil until brown.

   Serve hot.
