Zesty Zucchini Sticks

Yum,these are so good! They can be appetizers, a side dish, or just a snack.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4-5 small zucchini, cut in strips
  • 2 egg, beaten well
  • Directions

    1. 1
      Mix crumbs and parmesan.
    2. 2
      Dip zucchini strips in beaten egg, then in crumb mixture.
    3. 3
      Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
    4. 4
      Place strips on sheet.
    5. 5
      Bake at 425* for 20-25 minutes, or until golden.

    Absolutely delicious! These were surprisingly flavorful for zucchini and so easy to make. I will definitely make this again!

    What a great appetizer. These were almost too easy to make! We enjoyed eating these little sticks with a little warmed marinara sauce. Thanks for another wonderful, easy, tasty recipe. You are a wonder!!

    Alan and I loved these. I served as an appetizer with ranch and marinara. They were quick, easy, and good!
