Very good and easy! I left out the mustard and parsley (personal taste), and substituted egg beaters for the 2 large eggs. I also added fresh mushrooms. I will definitely make again.

Exactly what I wanted - a new way to serve broccoli! This wasn't quiche-y per se, but it had a very nice thick consistency. I used shredded mozzarella and dried parsley, so that would definitely affect the cheese flavor. The mozz. would be a lot milder. I'll definitely make this again, hopefully with cheddar. And I'm going to have the leftovers for breakfast
