Dinner Rolls- Bread Machine
SERVES 12 , 12 rolls
Ingredients
- 1 egg, plus
- water, to measure 3/4 cup
- 2 cups bread flour
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
Directions

Place all ingredients in bread machine in order listed.2
Use BASIC DOUGH setting.3
When setting is complete, remove dough from inner pot and place onm a lightly floured surface.4
Divide dough into 12 equal pieces.5
Shape into balls.6
Place on a baking sheet.7
Place on a baking sheet and let stand for 30 minutes, or until double in size.8
Bake in preheated 350 F oven for 20- 30 minutes, or until golden brown.

These are absolutely wonderful! They turned out so beautiful and melt in your mouth that my daughter said they should be dipped in chocolate! I will be making these often!
