Great dip! This was a huge hit at a party I went to last night. I used a 14 oz. can of artichoke bottoms and a can of (drained) petite dice tomatoes. Served with sliced baggette bread and tortilla chips. Wonderful! Thanks for sharing, Anme!

I LOVE this dip! I added 2 green onions chopped and a 1/2 tsp of hot sauce...then served with red pepper flakes on the side. (We love spicey!! 2 of the kids said they hate artichokes...and they couldn't keep their hands out of it and nearly polished off half the dip! Served with sliced baggette bread. Thanks for sharing such a great recipe. Will make this many, many times!!

Great Flavor! Wasn't thick enough for me though. I think my tomatoes were a little too juices. Well try again. I did use Chipotle Tabasco Pepper Sauce instead of regular hot sauce. Served with Pita Chips (#51116) and fresh veggies. Company's Coming #1
