I made this for breakfast this morning for something different. I added a piece of American cheese on top and then stuck a cover on the frying pan for a minute to let the cheese melt on top of the egg and salsa. Absolutely loved it!

Simple tasty recipe. I like the idea of frying the eggs in the salsa - I didn't see this idea tilafter I made mine - I overcooked the eggs but they were still good
