I saute 1 lg. onion with 1 lb. hamburger, and then add about 3/4-1 c. ketchup, and mix it, leaving it simmer for a few minutes. It is so delicious! This recipe reminded me of it, but my recipe is much simpler, and the flavor is great...

This was okay but it was a little heavy on the worcestershire sauce.

I liked this recipe as it wasn't overpowerly sweet like the canned sauces. I did add 1 t of liquid smoke, but otherwise prepared as written. Thanks for sharing your recipe!!

I myself really, really liked this...But my kids still preferred the "Manwich" sauce to this. My opinion, is that this is homemade, made from love, and totally tastes wonderful! However, I have to give it 4 stars only because my kids didn't really care for it, but did seem to eat it all (but no seconds this time)...I personally really liked it! Thank you, MizzNezz, for sharing!
