What a delicious way to trick myself into drinking milk. The cinnamon is delicious and makes this treat different. I made my cocoa with non fat milk as that is all I had. Added a 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla which I thought worked well as it reduced the Splenda taste and actually enhanced the chocolate from the cocoa. Thanks Mandy! Made for the I recommend tag game.

THank you Mandy for the very different take on the traditional hotchocolate. I enjoyed the flavor combinations and also am always pleased when something is lowfat/lowcal. I love the cinnamon taste most of all. I frothed all together using my Braun hand mixer. Made it more like a mocha latte. Thanks for posting~

This is a great sugar-free hot chocolate! I liked it better than the store bought ones. I made 2 servings and used 1 percent milk. Next time I think I'll add some vanilla and more cinnamon. Some orange zest might be nice too. I combined the dry ingredients in a small ziploc bag and then whisked them into heated milk in a saucepan. Made for Holiday tag.
