Mexican marinated chicken breasts

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup lime juice or any citrus juice
  • teaspoons ground cumin
  • teaspoons white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 garlic clove
  • small dried red pepper
  • Directions

    1. 1
      Smash garlic cloves.
    2. 2
      Place all ingredients except chicken in blender.
    3. 3
      Pour over chicken breasts.
    4. 4
      Marinate 2 to 24 hours.
    5. 5
      Grill chicken breasts.
    6. 6
      Serve as desired.

    Great recipe!! I cut doubled the recipe for a larger amount of chicken. Did not use as much Cumin for a double recipe. Also did not use as much onion. I added fresh Cilantro, too. Came out perfect. Sliced thin with all the fixings (Flour tortilla, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, guac, etc). Wonderful treat!!

    Reviewed for PAC Fall 2007 Loved it! Wonderful flavour and so easy! I used lime juice and it was gorgeous!

    This chicken came out so juicy and flavorful. I used my George Forman to grill it. Very easy and will be a repeat!
