Yummy! We used the marinade overnight to just marinade some chicken breasts for the grill. It was delicious!! I can't wait to try it with the other meats and veggies! Thank yoU!

This is fantastic! We made it for a Caribbean-themed Father's Day dinner (complete with Pussers Painkillers - yum!) and it was a HUGE hit. My dad, who is a great cook and prefers his own food to even restaurants, couldn't stop saying, "Mmmm" long enough to say "Thank you!" This is definitely a keeper, though we had the same issue as others with the mango falling off. The ones tucked into the onions worked the best.

My son and I just LOVED these! We made it a "family" project and by the time we sat down to eat them our mouths were watering! Delicious! I made these exactly like the recipe!

I made this for ZWT III and it was really good. I loved the variety of vegetables, and I loved the versatility of choosing my own jerk seasoning (I used Caribbean Dry Jerk Seasoning). We didn't put shrimp on ours (because we were grilling some other shrimp at the same time), but otherwisemade this according to the recipe. We loved the rum soaked fruit, and those of us who are not Jerk freaks really liked the amount of seasoning on this. The Jerk freaks in the family were upset because you could still taste the chicken and the beef through the Jerk!
So they gave it a 3. This also made for really good tacos, just scoot everything into a tortilla. I served this with Coconut Lime Rice. Devilishly Divine, indeed!
Thank you.
