A refreshing cocktail posted for the ZWT3 visit to the Caribbean.
1 cocktail
Ingredients
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 2 ounces Bacardi light rum
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup ice, crushed
Directions

Pour all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker.2
Shake vigorously 10 seconds.3
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Mmmm cocktails with pineapple juice! These are very strong but very tasty. I used Splenda instead of sugar because it seems to dissolve better. Thanks acerast!

Good drink. It was a little potent for me, so I added a bit more pineapple juice, and that worked well. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
