Not sure if this is a new product, but I got a sample of Ball Simple Creations No Cook Freezer Jam Fruit Pectin at Wal-Mart along with some recipes. More info at www.freshpreserving.com

5 8 oz containers (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Stir sugar and contents of package in a bowl until well blended.
  2. 2
    Add 4 cups crushed fruit (for peaches, reduce to 3 1/2 cups). Stir 3 minutes.

    Ladle jam into clean plastic (or glass)freezer jars.
  4. 4
    Twist on lids and let stand until thickened, about 30 minutes.
  5. 5
    Refrigerate up to 3 weeks or freeze up to 1 year.
  6. 6
    NOTE: Fresh strawberries: 4 (1 lb) pkgs Frozen Strawberries: 3 (12 oz) bags.

    Fresh Peaches: 12 medium.
  8. 8
    Frozen Peaches: 3 (16 oz) bags.
  9. 9
    Fresh Raspberries: 6 (6 oz) pkgs.
  10. 10
    Frozen Raspberies: 3 (12 oz) bags.

Found the Ball Freezer Jam packet myself.I used sugar for the first batch, will try Splenda for the next one. I love this produce, it takes a lots less sweetener.

    Wonderful! I have always used the cooked variety of the freezer jam. But this recipe not only lessens the work, but also decreases the amount of sugar used by 2 1/2 cups and still tastes great! Thanks so much WI Cheesehead!
