I used quorn vegetarian mince and this was by far the best meatloaf conversion to veggie, I've ever made. It holds together beautifully and has a deep, rich flavour. A new favourite in our house. Thank you Mandy!!

Delicious and so easy to make. Great texture with the onion and carrots and fantastic flavour with the sauces and added special ingredient - Vegemite!!! Sally from Oz thinks this one is a winner!
