Blueberry Sauce

I know there are a ton of blueberry sauce recipes on the zaar. However, this one is sweetened with honey (which my system tolerates better than white sugar) and uses a minimum of ingredients. It's also really easy and keep pretty well. It doubles well.

    Combine ingredients in a medium heavy saucepan.

    Bring to a boil. Turn down heat to simmer. Simmer until thickened. About 15 minutes. Sauce will continue to thicken as it cools.
