This rating is based on my changes, few but perhaps important. I kept everything the same except, being the unpatient person I can be, I only boiled for 5 minutes and simmered for 30 minutes. I then tossed in two tablespoons of loose India Black tea and steeped it for five minutes.

I love this tea. I warm it with some milk and a bit of honey and it's almost like a chai tea but better. It smells so good. Thank you for sharing. Susan
