This is a simple recipe that is great by itself or along side hamburgers, hot dogs, steak or a tossed salad. You can adjust the seasonings, if you wish.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

    Preheat oven to 425.
  2. 2
    Empty bag of Tater-Tots into large bowl.
  3. 3
    Drizzle with olive oil and seasonings.
  4. 4
    Toss to coat evenly.
  5. 5
    Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and spread tater-tots in a single layer.
  6. 6
    Bake for 15-20 minutes.

This sounds good will give it a go. Also thanks for the photo, wasn't sure what tater tots were, here in Oz we call them potato gems, now I know what to look for. Thanks, chris

    Just made these tonight and they were "de-lish"! I thought they could use a little more seasoning also, otherwise it is a great way to jazz up tater tots. Will definitely make again. Thanks for posting!

    These didn't quite turn out like we expected. One of us felt there wasn't enough seasoning. I felt that the seasonings that were there took away from the potato flavor, so you can see that opinions vary widely. It was easy to prepare, and will mke a nice change of pace for someone out there, if not us. Thank you anyway for posting.

    I used the left over mashed potatoes from Christmas dinner and shaped them into little tater tots instead. I added some spelt flour to firm them up a little and used the spice you recommend. It was really good. My DH loved it. Thanks, I'll no doubt make these again.
