These are very good. I love the combination of seasonings and it is nice to have this recipe when your oven and stovetop are being occupied. Thanks for sharing.

Really terrific. We were tired. Bone tired. We had a tiring day on the farm this mid/May. Many items to plant, cows to move, hay to bale. This was so perfect for us, we just about took a fork had the bowl of potatoes and ate them right then and there. Okay, we didn't "just about" we did. I followed this exactly, and added a bit of bacon to the top for color, and some fresh herbs as suggested by another reviewer....but MAN, were these good. Felt like going home to "Mama". Quick and easy, and full of fun and we loved the black pepper and all of it. I will use this often I absolutely know we will. You can't go wrong with potatoes in the matter of minutes that taste like you were the "Queen and King" for the day. Thank you MsSally we LOVED them!

These were a nice, easy complement to last night's dinner of Herbed Roast Chicken for Crock Pot (With Bonus Stock). I used baby red potatoes and did not peel them. The sauce was very flavorful but I didn't care for the texture that the dried herbs added. (I used chia's italian seasoning) I'll make this again but will use a blend of fresh herbs and garlic. Thanks for posting your recipe!

The name is misleading since there is no parsley in them, but these potatoes are wonderfully tasty. I love the combination of butter and olive oil — I used extra-virgin. Mmmm. I tripled the batch, which took a long time in the microwaved. I think that others making large batches would do better to boil the potatoes instead.
