Very easy to make and very similar to one of my recipes which I had forgotten about until I went to file this one.......no wonder I enjoyed it...LOL
I add lots of freshly ground black pepper and some salt. Cheers

Really nice and quick lamb marinade! I used lamb rosettes and served along with a salad, a really great idea for your next BBQ.
