this was easy enough with great flavor, I used half each milk and half and half and also added in some garlic powder and cayenne pepper, I also included the cheese, thanks for sharing Dreamer!

For a quick easy soup, this was quite good. I used precooked chopped broccoli stems, homemade cream soup, added some green onion and 1/2 tsp garlic powder. Very nice flavor! I also used my stick blender to puree the broccoli right in the pot. Will save to use all those broccoli stems that the kids won't eat!

This is a good soup to make on a lazy day because it is so easy. I was even so lazy that I took my potato masher to the broccoli as I did not want to clean up the blender. Made for 1 2 3 Hit Wonders game 2007

Made this last night for lunch today. This is absolutely delicious! I love broccoli and this is a fabulous new way to eat it. I eliminated the butter and the salt (used Mrs. Dash table blend seasoning instead) and used skim milk, just to lighten it up a little. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!
