- 1 hot dog bun
- 1 banana
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon jam
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- nuts (optional) or raisins (optional) or chocolate chips (optional)

Butterfly banana by cutting down the middle, but keeping it intact.2
Split hot dog bun.3
Slather peanut butter over hot dog bun.4
Place banana inside bun.5
Spread jam evenly over banana.6
Drizzle honey over banana.7
Warm for 1-2 minutes in microwave, optional!8
