This is out of a WW Cookbook called "Quick Cooking for Busy People" It has only 2 WW Points. DH gave it an excellent rating. Hope you enjoy! For a quick meal serve with grilled slices of veggies (zucchini, yellow squash, onion or peppers). For additional flavor, brush vegetables with remaining marinade before placing them on the grill. Cooking time does not include marinating time.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

I made this with mild jalapeno jelly, and it was pretty mild. Next time, I'll try the hot jalapeno. DH and I enjoyed it and will make it again.

EXCELLENT! Made this as a special holiday meal on Valentine's Day and everyone LOVED it (even my DH who grumbles all the time about WW food). I used everything as directed, plus a few shots of Thai Pepper Sauce. EXCELLENT and will be making this again. Thanks for posting!

Good chicken. Sweet, savory, with a little kick.
