Italian Ground Beef Dinner

This quick italian supper is great on a busy day. Lots of flavor.

SERVES 6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Mix the first 7 ingredients.
  2. 2
    Add ground beef, and 3 T parmesan and mix well.
  3. 3
    Shape into 6 patties.
  4. 4
    Brown patties for 2 minutes per side.
  5. 5
    Mix tomato sauce and italian seasoning, pour over patties.
  6. 6
    Reduce heat,cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  7. 7
    Place spaghetti on plate.
  8. 8
    Add pattie, and spoon sauce over.
  9. 9
    Sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese.

This was a very good meal. We are just 2 so I made 3 patties and the rest of the meat mixture in meatballs and froze them for later. I used my own tomato sauce that I keep the freezer Slow Cooker Tomato Sauce. I made this for I Recomend Tag Game; thanks for posting. Rita

    This is a great recipe! It is not heavy on the sauce, and was so easy to make. I followed the recipe exactly. My kids loved it (and they are picky eaters), and my husband who is not a fan of Italian food liked it as well. Thank you so much for sharing! Definitely making this in the future!

    I loved this one inez, you are fast becoming my favorite recipe poster. I have never been able to make a good spaghetti and meat ball dish and I have tried many times but this one turned out great. I didnt change a thing. Thanks.
