I put this recipe together off the top of my head with the ingredients I had on hand and came up with a tasty treat. It tastes just like something you would order from a specialty coffee house. You can adjust the ingredients to the way you like it. I personally like my coffee sweet. It's up to you- have some fun with it. My mother likes to put a drop or two of peppermint extract in hers. Enjoy!

Increased hot chocolate powder and fat-free half-and-half slightly, and added an extra Splenda packet. Kicked it up to about where I felt it should be - the maple extract was an interesting addition as well. Not something I would have thought to do!

I made this tonight but it wasn't as I'd expected it to be. I added 1/2 cup more of milk as well as 2 tsp. more of sugar. I didn't like the taste of it. Sorry.

I enjoyed this. All the flavors blended well together! The only thing I did differenly was I used regular sugar and full fat half and half cream-still delcious(Probaly more sinful!) Thanks for the recipe maui-dream!
