This is a recipe that I adapted from one of my cookbooks.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Cook onion & garlic in margarine until tender.
  2. 2
    Stir in flour.
  3. 3
    Combine milk, coconut milk, curry & bouillon. Gradually add the milk mixture, stirring until smooth.

    Over medium heat, cook & stir until thickened.
  5. 5
    Add lemon juice, reduce heat & simmer 10 minutes.
  6. 6
    Add imitation crab meat & cook 10 minutes longer.
  7. 7
    Serve over cooked rice with soy sauce.
