This is from my Mom's recipe cards. I have not tried this.

Ingredients
- 6 ounces semisweet chocolate chunks
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup rum
Directions

Partially melt chocolate over hot water in top of double boiler.2
Stir until smooth.3
Slowly add sour cream.4
Stir until smooth.5
Add rum and heat.
