Recipe #223250 | 27 min | 7 min prep | SERVES 4 (Change Servings)

RECIPE BY: Vicki in CT

This is a great dish to use left over chicken. These are always a hit whenever I have served them. Super easy, no fail.

I can't believe more people havent left reviews for this recipe. I LOVE IT! I always make these for company and everyone I know makes them for family events/dinners. Luckily they are usually gone the same night, because they are not as good re-heated the next day. But that doesnt stop me from eating them! This is a perfect recipe if you are looking for something inexpensive and different- would work well as small appetizer also. My family and friends have been making these for about 10 years now. You cant go wrong! A friend of mine adds white wine to hers, I'm not sure how much-but it adds a little something.
