My husband and I thought this is a very good keeper for brussle sprouts. It is a rich dish, and I used half of the thyme since I don't care too much for its strong flavor, but it really worked in this recipe. Thank you for helping our brussle sprouts!

Superb! I LOVE Brussels sprouts, but I think I'd like this even if I didn't. This is definitely company-worthy. My youngest son ate about as much of this as I did! I'll certainly make this again. It would be a great side for a holiday meal. Thanx for the recipe.
