Very easy and so yummy. I grilled the chicken first. I used red onion instead of yellow and I sliced the chicken and added it into the sauce. So good and everyone loved it. This was my attempt at making alfredo sauce and it was so easy. Added a crisp green salad with garlic bread to complete the meal. A+!

Amazing! Lovely easy recipe to follow with clear instructions. I grilled my chicken fillets and sliced when cold into thin bite size slivers. I grated my red onion and garlic (4 cloves fresh) which gave of an even balance within the sauce. I also added some freshly sliced button mushrooms to the sauce. I added freshly parboiled broccoli on the side for presentation. I did however omit the red pepper flakes by choice and this dish was declared "oh my , this is soooo good" .. thank you kindly for sharing a wonderful recipe. Bravo 5 plus stars indeed!!

This was a quick fix that everyone loved. What I liked the best about this is the chicken didn't get lost in the sauce. I browned the chicken and before serving, cut it onto bite sized pieces and mixed it together with the fettuccini. I found it served up easy and displayed nicely.
