Yummo! Made exactly as written except I got a little carried away with the cottage cheese (used 24 oz) and the parm cheese.. used tons. Everything was great at 5 hrs. Maybe extra water would be good, but even without the extra, it was great. My mom took the recipe home with her!

Good stuff! It made enough for my husband to take left overs for lunch eveyday last week. Very simple and easy. I subsituted the lean ground beef for ground italian sausage and jazzed up the flavor with some extra spices. Thanks for sharing.

Absolutely incredible! This was so delicious and easy. Mine was done after only 4 hours. I then turned the crockpot to the warm setting so it wouldn't be overcooked. I think this will become a regular in my house!

This was just toooooo easy!! And it was VERY good!! I put this in my crock pot (I have an oblong sized model) and some Italian Parmesan Bread in my bread machine and I went to work. When I came home, my whole house smelled wonderful!! Thanks Dorothy!!
