From Betty Crocker - sounds too good not to try (and oh so easy!)!

SERVES 8 , 1 pie (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    Heat oven to 350ºF.

    Grease 9-inch pie plate.
  3. 3
    Stir all ingredients until blended.
  4. 4
    Pour into pie plate.
  5. 5
    Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

    Cover and refrigerate any remaining pie.

Hi Redsie, Thank you the great dessert! This was so easy and delicious! My SO loves anything coconut, and he really enjoyed this. I didn't even taste like it made with Bisquick. I'll make sure to make this again soon!

    I wish I could have given this recipe a higher rating,but I can't. I followed the recipe as written but,to me it tasted too "eggy" and was very greasy.I'm sorry

    This pie is very easy to make and pretty good. I do think I prefer a pie with a crust, but this is a quick option when you're short on time!
