Nova Scotia Cook

This recipe is from "Our School Cookbook", a cookbook compiled by elementary students in a school from Truro, Nova Scotia. I like recipes that are easy, flavorful and look appealing when being served. All in all, a great pork chop recipe.

EXCEPTIONAL! This recipe should get 10 stars! I went exactly by the recipe, except I made it with just 2 pork chops for my DH and myself. Easy and quick to prepare pork chops for oven. We will definitely have this entree again! It was great Nova Scotia Cook!

Mmmm wonderful flavour! almost a sweet and sour flavour, we enjoyed them very much and I will make them again. I loved how easy they were to put together and that they turned out soooo tender. Thanks for posting.

Have made this several times, even used frozen chops with a little longer cooking time. Always tastes great. Also used sauce with pork ribs in the slow cooker. I don't usually care for pork chops, but love them cooked this way. Thanks for a great recipe.
