By: Oolala
Feb 16, 2007

From a McCormick/Shilling recipe card, 1988. Simple, but I didn't think of it!

SERVES 2 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Mix the lemon juice, tarragon, chives and the melted butter.
  2. 2
Pour over the fish and either bake or broil to your liking. You could bake at 350 degrees F. for about 8 minutes (depending upon thickness of the fish).

Very good, I used cod, turned out lovely, buttery and we like the tarragon flavour. I will make it again , thanks for posting. Perhaps you would like to add an oven temperature to the instructions, I baked it at 350f degrees for about 8 minutes, it was quite a thick piece.
