For some reason these cookies came out a little hard on the edges, and soft in the middle. I agree there wasn't alot of peanut butter taste to it, so next tim I will be adding more peanut butter.

Yikes. I haven't enjoyed these cookies at all. They are dry and stick in my throat even within a day after baking them. There is no peanut butter taste at all..no definitive taste of anything except perhaps the hint of cinnamon...I made 7 big cookies out of this batch which I baked 24 min at 350F (no temperature provided). I suppose the peanut butter is meant to be the fat in these cookies, but it seems that they need something more than that. Sorry, I wish I had something more to suggest to redeem these cookies but I'm quite willing to learn from the experiences of other reviewers posting here.

I am so proud of you, Peanut! This is my daughter's very own creation for Ready, Set, Cook #9. She created this recipe completely on her own with only 1 suggestion from mom (-she had only added 1 tsp of sugar and I suggested she may want to add a bit more). This recipe received 8 reveiws during the contest review period, more than one of my own submissions, lol! I love that you share my love of being in the kitchen and I look forward to spending more time with you creating yummy treats! I Love You! :D

I loved these cookies. I made them into balls and they were very good with milk! I added chocolate chips to them too. You're a pretty good chef!
