White Sauce Crab Pasta

Recipe #211481 | 20 min | 20 min prep | add private note

This is a creation of my own that resulted from too much white sauce when I made another recipe from here. So, I played around with what I had in the house and came up with this tasty meal. It actually uses imitation crabmeat instead of real crab. It's very mild, so feel free to spice it up if you prefer.

We enjoyed this very much. I used bow tie pasta, but made no other changes. It is mild, but in a good way. It's a great way to dress up imitation crab. I used the optional cilantro and (although it was dried) it was a wonderful addition! I recommend using it. I'll use this recipe again. Thanx for posting it.

Good and easy! I also added 1/2 green pepper, chopped and used 2 garlic cloves, minced instead of the garlic powder. Thanks for sharing!
