It's light and fluffy.

    Whip the eggs up, add salt and pepper and add milk and the cream cheese.

    Pour into frying pan with the oil and keep stirring.

    Add the chives. Always stirring.

    The constant movement keeps them fluffy.

    Good flavor and texture. I had to use dried chives, but added some scallions also. Had a small bit of leftover cheddar and tossed that in too! Had this on a toasted english muffin. Delicious, thanks so much for posting this.
