Great mix - I make it every year for my exended family as Christmas gifts, and they LOVE it! Note: use Nesquick and other name brand ingredients. I used store brands and it was not nearly as good. Thanks for sharing!

I sent this to my husband while he was in Iraq. His soldiers loved it! I made 2 batches and it was gone almost as quickly as it was opened. I mixed the ingredients and then put them through a food processor, as another reviewer recommended. Very smooth and creamy - delicious!

I have been using a similiar recipe for years. I run my mix through the blender to make a smoother mix. This will distribute the ingredients more evenly. Over the years the sizes (amount in container) of the ingredients have become smaller, so I use the nearest to the required size. I sometimes add rasberry Kool Ade to my personal mix, to make a "gourmet" treat.

I made this last night, and of all the hot chocolate mixes I have made(and there have been alot!)This one is the best.It is more chocolatey(is that a word?)than the others. It also seems to dissolve better in the hot water.I will make this one from now on.
